Hawaiian Islands Land Trust (“HILT”) is offering for sale approximately 1.2 acres of scenic, waterfront property in Paia [Tax Map Key Nos. (2) 2-6-09-18 and 19 with addresses of 371 and 383 Hana Highway, Paia, Maui, Hawaii] via a Quitclaim Deed subject to a perpetual Conservation Easement, which will not allow any buildings and will substantially protect the property’s conservation values (scenic, limited public access, wildlife habitat, and cultural/historical), and other existing encumbrances and limitations.
Written purchase proposals (which must include proposed purchase price and description of how the conservation values will be taken care of) must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, April 15, 2013.
