Cruise for Conservation - Trip in Spring 2012 to benefit HILT

Aloha, dear friends and supporters of Hawaiian Islands Land Trust. For the travelers among us, we have a journey planned that is truly a suite deal. Indulge for a moment in the vision of touring vibrant seaside ports along the coasts of Spain, Morocco and Portugal aboard a luxuriously intimate six-star cruise ship, and in doing so, contributing to the conservation of Hawai‘i’s precious places. Just such an excursion is being coordinated by Kona resident and retired travel columnist Irene Croft, Jr. of The Hawaii Connection, and you are invited.

The attached flier details “Spain, Morocco & Portugal”, a voyage of 11 nights on the intimate all-suite, ultra-luxury Silver Wind while traveling from the Canary Islands to Barcelona. The decadent itinerary includes an exclusive post-cruise journey to Lisbon. Dates are February 29 to March 16, 2012.

For 20 years Irene has been orchestrating deluxe worldwide journeys in benefit of more than a dozen Hawai‘i nonprofits, and the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust is pleased to have been selected as a partner in this prestigious group. This year Irene’s volunteer efforts will achieve the one-million-dollar milestone for donations to community organizations in our state.

Participation is open to all friends and supporters of Hawaiian Islands Land Trust. Included in each fare is a $500 tax-deductible donation to our organization when you designate The Hawaiian Islands Land Trust as the beneficiary of your contribution upon registration for the cruise. One couple booked becomes a one thousand dollar contribution to the Land Trust. This opportunity benefits us all—think what we can do to help protect Hawaii's precious places with your support.

Indulge yourself; support the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust. Phone Irene at (808) 324-1288 to join The Hawaii Connection, an ever-expanding family of like-minded travelers, on an unforgettable journey to Spain, Morocco and Portugal.

Bon Voyage!
