Hawai‘i is blessed with some of the most beautiful, culturally significant places in the world.  Conservation land connects future generations to the rich natural and cultural heritage of the past.  These places — as diverse and varied as the people of this state — include the shorelines that provide public access to the reefs, waters and waves that surround our islands; the critical ecosystems that are a safe haven for our native species; and the cultural areas that retain the unique heritage of Hawai‘i’s native people.

Protecting Hawai‘i's precious places is big work.  Hawaiian Islands Land Trust welcomes help in many forms, whether it’s spending a day getting good and dirty in the field, keeping posted on our news and helping to spread the word, or simply joining us at a fundraiser or for one of our regularly scheduled guided hikes.
