The highlight of this evening will be a sumptuous three course farm to table dinner with all the excellence that one has come to expect from Hawaii Regional Cuisine founding Chef Peter Merriman. The event will feature Maui’s Tin Roof owner Chef Sheldon Simeon and Merriman’s Executive Chef Mark Arriola. Join us in celebrating the aina and the conservation work the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust has done to preserve Hawaii's open spaces. This benefit provides much-needed operational support to ensure the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust continues its efforts to protect the lands that sustain us.
